Our History
For the last 20+ years we have been involved in the Human Resources industry. We have managed large complex teams across various countries. Throughout our history we have always seem to involved in “right-sizing” organisations. We run a HR Consultancy where we act as the HR Department for many Small to Medium Businesses. Recently, a client asked for our help in removing three people from an organisation. After the process was finished we received amazing feedback on our services and that client said,
I am just so thankful that you were here to help us have these hard discussions.
From that moment, HardDiscussions.com was born. Given we have been asked to help terminate over eighty staff in the last twelve months, we decided to break this service out and give it its own identity.
Who is behind HardDiscussions.com?
HardDiscussions.com is run by a team of a seasoned HR professionals who have been through everything you can think of in the HR space.
Our CEO, Steve is also the CEO and Co-founder of Yeehire.co, a technology company that focuses on the Recruitment space and RecruitmentSchool.com.au – a online training portal that provides recruitment training for anyone who is involved in Recruitment (agencies and corporate managers).
We are backed by a team of on call Lawyers who are called in when needed as well as Organisational Psychologists and Outplacement teams, who again, are called in when needed.
